Aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Merlot is one of the flagship wines of Et Cetera Winery. It is an intense ruby-red wine with brick-red reflections and excellent aging potential. The aromatic profile features scents of dried cherries, cherry pits, and highlights of dark chocolate and truffles. The soft, fruity taste is complemented by subtle aging notes extracted from oak barrels, and the finish is pleasant and long.
